OECD publishes Economic Survey of Finland
In its latest Economic Survey of Finland, the Organisation for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) assesses the Finnish economy. The OECD also presents recommendations for Finland’s economic and structural policy.
A particular theme for this latest survey is reform of the innovation ecosystem. The OECD assesses how Finland could promote more innovation with funding for research, development and innovation (RDI) activities.
Minister of Economic Affairs Mika Lintilä emphasises the importance of funding.
“Investments pave the way for the future. We must work harder to increase our RDI funding to the agreed four per cent of GDP,” Minister Lintilä says.
