Finland will participate in NATO’s Prioritised Ukraine Requirements List (PURL) and endorse the using of frozen Russian assets to support Ukraine. 10.10.2025 | On Friday 10 October, the Government submitted its third supplementary budget proposal for 2025 to Parliament. Among other things, the proposal sets aside an appropriation for investments in the preparedness of the Finnish Defence Forces’ healthcare services for emergency conditions and updates the tax revenue estimates to correspond to the latest forecast.
