The project will be carried out under the Coordination Group for Digitalisation. The Ministry of Transport and Communications will have the overall responsibility for the project. Other contributors will include the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment. The project will be implemented in cooperation with the Ministry of Finance (incl. the GenAI network) and the Prime Minister’s Office.

The Programme of Prime Minister Petteri Orpo’s Government states that Finland will gradually shift to making digital services the primary channel for accessing the services of public authorities. The programme to promote digital services centred on life events will support the preparation of projects developing digital services for life events and business events, propose the implementation of prepared projects and guide and coordinate the implementation of projects that are being launched.
