Goals and results

Logistiikan digitalisaation foorumin tehtävänä on yhteistyössä varmistaa logistiikan digitalisaation periaatepäätöksen toimeenpano sekä erityisesti digitaalisen datan jakaminen toimitusketjuissa kustannusten vähentämiseksi, kestävän kasvun vauhdittamiseksi ja ilmastopolitiikan tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi. Foorumin tehtävänä on lisäksi toimia sääntelyn ja EU-vaikuttamisen tukena sekä ohjata laadittavan tutkimusohjelman ja EU-rahoituksen käyttöä koskevaa valmistelua. Foorumi esittää konkreettisia keinoja logistiikan digitalisaation vahvistamiseksi, tukee dataa hyödyntävien verkostojen hankkeita sekä tukee ja vauhdittaa EU-sääntelyn kansallista toimeenpanoa.

Starting points

Valtioneuvosto antoi 27.5.2021 periaatepäätöksen logistiikan digitalisaatiosta. Periaatepäätös on laadittu logistiikan digitalisaatiostrategian pohjalta ja siinä linjataan logistiikan digitalisaatiossa keskeiset ministeriöiden ja hallinnonalojen toimet tavoitteiden saavuttamiseksi. Sen tavoitteena on vauhdittaa logistiikka-alan digitalisoitumiskehitystä ja datan hyödyntämistä sekä saavuttaa näiden avulla tehokkuus-, turvallisuus- ja kestävyyshyötyjä.

Periaatepäätöksen ensimmäisen toimenpiteen mukaisesti on asetettu logistiikan digitalisaation foorumi vuosiksi 2021-2023 varmistamaan Suomen kärkiasema logistiikan digitalisaatiossa. Foorumissa ovat edustettuna logistiikka- ja kuljetuspalveluja ja erilaiset digitalisaatioratkaisuja tarjoavat yritykset, keskeiset teollisuuden, kaupan ja muiden palveluja käyttävien toimialojen edustajat sekä ministeriöt ja viranomaiset.
