20.12.2024 | Ett flertal ändringar träder i kraft inom finansministeriets förvaltningsområde vid ingången av 2025. Ändringarna gäller bland annat sänkta mervärdesskattesatser, hushållsavdrag och rundradioskatten för personer.

8.2.2022 | Tisdagen den 8 februari fortsatte ministerarbetsgruppen för samordning av coronaåtgärder att bereda och genomföra de riktlinjer som regeringen fastställde vid sin överläggning förra veckan. Ministerarbetsgruppen förordade också att rekommendationen om distansarbete upphör vid utgången av februari. De förordningar som gäller lindrigare begränsningar av restaurangernas verksamhet och fortsatt begränsning av tillämpningen av covidintyget som coronapass är under beredning.

7.1.2022 | Vid sitt första möte fredagen den 7 januari fick ministerarbetsgruppen för samordning av coronaåtgärder en översikt över smittläget, omikronvariantens spridning, belastningen på hälso- och sjukvården och hälso- och sjukvårdens bärkraft. Ministerarbetsgruppen fick också en översikt över hur vaccinationerna framskrider.

7.1.2022 | In its first meeting on Friday 7 January, the ministerial working group on COVID-19 was briefed on the epidemiological situation, the spread of the Omicron variant, the burden on and capacity of the healthcare system, and the progress of vaccinations.

4.11.2021 | The fourth supplementary budget proposal for 2021 will reduce the central government’s net borrowing requirement for this year by approximately EUR 2.2 billion. The proposal takes into account changes in needs estimates resulting from the economic upturn and increases in tax revenue estimates. On the whole, the supplementary budget proposal envisages a reduction of approximately EUR 249 million in appropriations for 2021.

26.8.2021 | The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health have reviewed the rationale for the national recommendation to work remotely. In view of the epidemiological situation the vaccine coverage is not yet sufficient, which is why no changes are proposed to the recommendation. The recommendation will continue to be in force until 30 September in areas that are in the acceleration or community transmission phase.

24.9.2021 | The Ministry of Finance and the Ministry of Social Affairs and Health have reviewed the grounds for the recommendation on remote work. The ministries propose to lift the recommendation on 15 October. The ministries estimate that by then the vaccination coverage will be close to the goal set by the Government. This would enable a safe transition to combined remote and office work.

4.11.2021 | Den fjärde tilläggsbudgetpropositionen för 2021 minskar statens behov av nettoupplåning i år med cirka 2,2 miljarder euro. I propositionen har beaktats de ändringar i behovskalkylen som beror på det förbättrade konjunkturläget och höjningen av kalkylen över skatteinkomster. I tilläggsbudgetpropositionen föreslås för 2021 en anslagsminskning på totalt cirka 249 miljoner euro. Det föreslås att kalkylen över skatteinkomster höjs med 1,5 miljarder euro.

The discussions revealed that while the reopening of society is a cause of joy and happiness, it also causes concern and disappointment.

14.1.2022 | Vid sitt möte fredagen den 14 januari behandlade ministerarbetsgruppen för samordning av coronaåtgärder epidemiläget, stängningen av restauranger och stöd som ska betalas till följd av restriktionerna. Under förmiddagen tog ministerarbetsgruppen del av den epidemiologiska lägesbilden och Institutet för hälsa och välfärds preliminära uppskattningar av hur epidemiläget och belastningen på sjukhusvården kommer att utvecklas under de närmaste veckorna.
