Valtiovarainministeriö on asettanut julkisen ja yksityisen sektorin yhteisen korkean tason neuvottelukunnan teknologia-alalle. Teknologianeuvottelukunnan tehtävänä on valmistella Suomelle hyvinvointia luova ja kilpailukykyä ohjaava digitalisaatioon nojaava teknologiapolitiikka.

EU:ssa valmistellaan tällä hetkellä useita eri digi- ja datasäädöksiä. Säädösten tavoitteena on luoda digitaalisesta toimintaympäristöstä mahdollisimman toimiva, turvallinen ja oikeudenmukainen.

The project will be carried out under the Coordination Group for Digitalisation. The Ministry of Transport and Communications will have the overall responsibility for the project. Other contributors will include the Ministry of Education and Culture and the Ministry of Economic Affairs and Employment.
